The survey, conducted using the method of multilevel random sample of 2.285 ordinary residents of Beijing, Shanghai and five other Chinese cities, as well as 420 executives of the four cities in the country, showed that the population of China is paying increasing attention to the nature and proven the competitiveness of transnational corporations. In doing so, the respondents demonstrated a reduction of attention to them in a sudden public crisis. These data, with reference to study the degree of influence of transnational corporations in China in 2007, held jointly by the first financial-media company, the Shanghai company provide services to foreign customers, as well as consulting group «Zero».

A recent study showed that the population of China is increasingly valued the social responsibility of transnational corporations, the inhabitants of the country a positive attitude and respect the fact that the corporation is actively supported by society.

At the same time, there is a tendency to increase the dislike of China people to the desire of transnational corporations to monopolization, unfair actions against environmental pollution and other factors are also profoundly unpleasant interviewees.

In accordance with the results of the study, while transnational corporations have gained great influence in China, they begin to face the need to «break the bottle neck», it is necessary to improve the quality reached by the impact that requires new and greater effort.
